Message from Ghana

I am deeply moved by this message from Nathaniel Dwamena: Good morning Prof Ken. I hope you are doing well. I want to put you on the notice that our team has submitted our project Liberty Anansesem for the Templeton Freedom Award 2026. We are hoping that winning such award can scale the impact we have made with the Asante Twi translated version of JG to making the book more accessible and found in many schools in Ghana. Currently, teachers are already using it as part of their course work for literature and our grassroot approach adopted by the project which directly engage teachers and schools, making them find value in JG books for adoption and preventing us from going through any bureaucracies with Ghana Education Services and National Council for Curriculum Development. I will update you if our nomination is accepted for 2026 and also at the regional awards at Africa Liberty Forum 2026.
